TCAB problems...

Ordered Tcab bout a month and a half ago, and I talked to him what would be two weeks ago this saturday, and he said it would ship out last monday, not this monday we just had, but last monday, and it has been 10 days, 8 of which are business days for shipping companies, and now I can't get a hold of Mark on AIM, any body else gone thru this?

I think someone was complainging about pretty much the same thing a while back.

With prices inflated that much you'd think it would be out within a couple days of ordering. I find it hard to believe he has that many orders every day for a like 300 dollar box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

$300 for a sealed box...with holes in it for aeroports...what a joke. atleast with a slot ported box you got your moneys worth in particle board..

Maybe it has sterling braces? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

On a side note....I would be asking for and then if that does work demanding a nice sized discount and if not that....then my money back.

ONE AND A HALF MONTHS!!!

Unelss he has been hospitalized for most of it or has some broken limbs...I dont want to hear his excuses. There arent any for that long of a wait, plain and simple. That is a horrible way to run a business. "custom" or not!

I wouldn't pay that much for a box in the first place, but if I were to spend the money, I'd expect it shipped out within 3 days or so. A box does not take that long to build. Now granted it takes a bit of time for the average man because there is more to life...but building is his JOB, so umm, yeah, no excuse for not having them done very quickly.

Ok, this was a big misunderstanding, I take all the blame for this one as of now, sorry about this, thanks for the input //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif!

He's busy, what do you want.

In one week he got 8 separate orders. Some people forget that he's a one-man show. You're looking at getting 2 MAYBE 3 boxes done in a day (designed, cut, constructed, and finished) not to mention the time to make, cut, and mount the ports. And thats with him working the entire day, so he can't even ship the boxes out the same day.

The guy gets stuff done as fast as he can. You'll get your box, don't worry. And i'll let him know about this thread too.

EDIT: So what was the problem?
