Speaking from an outsiders point of view here, I believe he should have been cut loose awhile ago from the team. You are only as strong as your weakest link, also since Kicker is involved I would hate to have anything/one on my team that would possibly make people look down upon Kicker as a company due to the people they choose to support. IMHO, you need to think about the best for the team and the sponsors first.

But thats just my personal opinion and since I don't know even half of the situation, its tainted.

You are the LAST person that deserves any type of apology.

If you want me to apologize to the people that are still waiting for boxes, I'm not going to do that either. It's not my responsibility to apologize for other people's mistakes, even if that person is a (former?) teammate of mine.

x2, but the other members of the team that have stepped up as of late, IMO have definately redeamed the rep of the team as a whole, but that fvcker needs to get shit on every which way as far as I am concerned.

And to add to it, it keeps getting worse. I have been receiveing emails and PM's from those who are in the same situation as I am, but I got a new one today. Guy ordered and actually received his box. You might wonder what the problem is? Well, the box was damaged during shipping (carpet damaged I believe), sent it back per Mark's instruction to be repaired. Guess what? He has never got the **** thing back. It has been a couple of months from what I understand. Absolutely unbelievable.

The guy is going to go down hard, and I will give it everything I have to make sure he does (even if I have to spend more money to do it). Just my .02, but anyone associated with him needs to get as far away as possible (Team Phat Hertz, Kicker, whoever), because, like I said, even if I have to pay more than the box is worth to royally fvck this guy, I am going to do it.
