My TC2+ is a 10" driver that is given about 350wrms in a sealed 1 cuft and it has plenty of sq. Should I drop it in a ported enclosure for more SQL??? Also looking for an amp that would give this sub about 500wrms, any recommendations? Thanks in advance

yeah been looking around and its from the 250s-290s.... theres no such thing as a dumb question man, just learning here like everyone else... but would it yield higher SQL???

There are such things as dumb questions.

Hence the line " you ask a dumb question you get a dumb answer"

Porting it will be more effecient than sealed and will yeild more output.

"Higher SQL" will depend on the tuning. 35hz is a good place to start.

I would build a new enclosure first then see if you really need the extra power.

Not to shure about that.Seems to small though.

P.S

whoever gave me that reputation point, that wasnt very kind of you. Rather immature if you ask me.

wussup with that reputation is that new? i didnt do anything to your info so it wasnt me

I tried 2 of those subs sealed and I hated them, maybe 300w ea was not enough power although that was what I was reccomended to use...I would definatly port yours because 2 10s sealed wasent even as loud as 1 12 sealed
