TC Sounds - Worth it?

I'm looking for a SQL setup in my mustang more or less, but I want a good bit of spl.

I was recently offered a trade for my alarm, and the subs in question are TC Sounds. I dont know much about them, at all, except they look good lol. The subs I am being offered are the TC2+ models, and they seem decent. Dual 4ohms, 400w rms, 19mm xmax, pretty good looking

Just curious how they do, how would they do in a sealed enclosure and how about with around 600 rms daily to them? I really dont know much about them and if not about the subs in particular, can someone give me some advice about TC. SPL or SQ subs, I just want to know about the company more.
