TC Sounds V/C Confrigurnation

Alright so I have been trying to choose which subwoofer I wanted to get and I was lookin at the new TC Sounds TC-9. I am between this and the BL. I just dont understand their whole wiring config. It says that they are Dual 4ohm coils but at the bottom of the page where it shows the wiring it has it going into a 1.5 ohm or 6ohm load. Wouldnt this mean that it is dual 3? on the specifications 6 lines downs it states that it a dual 3.1 ohm copper coil, i believe they usually round up, hence the confusion

I'd like more info on this too...can I get a dual 2 ohm version? I'm interested in this sub but I don't want to underpower it.

When they say dual 3 they are giving the DCR impedance, not the nomial impedance.

You can contact tc sounds and see if they can custom build one for you

its what the sub will see in terms of ohmage. ex. if its a dual 2 ohm, then you can have it see either 4 ohm, or 1 ohm from the amplifier

they need to just change it to 4 ohm, so many posts about the same issue.

ordering a tc-9 15" today also, but im hoping they will sell it with a paper cone.
