Were you made aware ahead of time that it would take a while to get your driver?

If not, then they should give you a 100% refund. Basically they should send you the amount you paid for the sub plus the 3% paypal fee. You should have the exact same amount of money that you started with.

If they did tell you that it would take some time, then I could see them hitting you with the restocking fee. But even then I don't believe that is great customer service.

Personally, if I haven't shipped a product out, then I will do 100% refunds. If the product was shipped, then they ask for a refund. They have to pay for return shipping and I will send them the money when I get the product back.

That is just how I think this should be handled based on the situation.

Looks like these internet companies are starting to stumble a bit. I feel the pain in anxiously awaiting equipment...I am still feeling the pain.

I was never a fan of their customer service, I'm local too. Even meeting them in person they were unprofessional dicks.
