TC sounds lmsr-15 recone options

I have a LMSR-15 lying around that i don't use. i was thinking about using it in my home theater systems or possibly having it rebuit and using it in my car. i want to have it rebuilt because 1 the coil is black whick makes me think it will burn up soon. it stills plays fine and sound good. 2 there is what seems to be coil rub when i push it in a little bit.

If the get it rebuilt i would like it to get as loud as possible on 2500w and preform well in a smaller box around 3 cubes. if there a sub builder out there that can take on this task please let me know your ideas. i would like a sub that can be used daily and used or spl comps. thank you.
