I measured the T/S parameters myself for this sub and plugged them into TermLab's box program. It wont let me screen capture the response graph but here are the numbers :

-3.0 db : 14.5 hz

0.0 db : 18.5 hz

3.3 db : 20.1 hz

4.6 db : 22.0 hz

4.7 db : 23.1 hz

4.8 db : 27.8 hz

4.9 db : 30.5 hz

4.9 db : 32.0 hz

4.8 db : 33.5 hz

4.7 db : 35.1 hz

4.6 db : 36.8 hz

4.0 db : 42.3 hz

3.5 db : 46.4 hz

3.0 db : 50.9 hz

2.6 db : 55.0 hz

2.0 db : 64.0 hz

1.5 db : 73.9 hz

So:

Cutoff : 17.5 hz

0 db : 18.5 hz

3 db up : 20 hz

~ 4.8 db plateau : 22hz to 36.8 hz

slope back 3db up : 50.9 hz

According to the program (2) 6" aero 6" long would give me the tuning I want with a vent velocity of ~8%. You think thats enough port area?

it's on the small end of port aera 226 ish (12-16 in^2 per ft^3 ) but aeros are more efficient so i think you should be fine

hopefully some others will agree

I was able to log in fine, using Chrome if that helps. I don't know anything about the product at all, just found the info and shared the love. :)

Brother in law has some of their 8’s and they are little beasts. Typical cookie cutter product that performs as it should.
