hey how much do the 10" tc2's hold power wise? sorry if someone else asked, didnt feel like reading through 9 pages
I don't blame you for not wanting to read all that. Here's what I told the last guy who asked. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Normally it would be anywhere from 400 to 600 RMS thermally, but since they have the coil rub it would be a bit less as far as mechanical power handling. It would depend on the enclosure really. A vented enclosure would help stave off the coil rub for as long as possible while getting the most output.

ok well i have a slot ported box tuned to 34. in that enclosure, wen do you think i would notice the rub on the frequency sweep? seemed real low in the vid

Whats left?
PM for you.

Well, it's not frequency dependent - It's power related. It happens at a specific amount of travel, so it could be the frequency or the amount of power at a given frequency that will cause it to happen. Make sense?

yeppp. any idea why they do it? would 2 do okay on 1k?
They came like that from the factory, the coil just isn't centered perfectly. I believe I've already answered the power question.

I was able to log in fine, using Chrome if that helps. I don't know anything about the product at all, just found the info and shared the love. :)

Brother in law has some of their 8’s and they are little beasts. Typical cookie cutter product that performs as it should.

Off the shelf design, nothing special and will sound like a bull horn. The best pro audio drivers I’ve heard are the crossfire XTpro6’s. The best...
