Thilo as well as everyone cares a great deal about the consumers that purchase their products. One of my LMS drivers had a bad batch of glue and they replaced it immediatly with no questions asked. Obviously if your a fuc*ing dumba** with the product and its an issue of negligence they will not warranty it, but i'm sure anyone could guess that...

why dont you junp off a cliff? seriously. you fail at everything. i still remember your "lms motors with 5200 top assys" you were gonna get:laugh: fail.

the only reason I did that was to try and gain on the mic and it worked. I couldnt afford to purchase the 5200 motors that matched the thread pattern of their top assembly. I own the TRF motors but they are bolt on not threaded. Yes, i didn't gain the full BL i would have by using the LMS motors and not the 5200 motors but I still gained on a mic by 2.5 db. How is that failing? now reach real deep and pull that tampon out of your *** mayne.

try again. i know you own some trf motors (you said they were 3hp's on youtube.. do i need to post the link?).. as do i.. you wouldnt have gained bl using the lms motors, you would have lost it (the gap is wider on the lms motors) try again. you fail at tc sounds fanboyism, and at life:)

true statement. The 5200 bl product is around 45 iirc and the LMS is at 29. Not only does the wider gap lower the BL product on the LMS motor, but the coil itself lowers it aswell. Tho the BL is lower, it stays completely flat thru out then entire BL curve.

shh.. dont talk none of this fancy "facts" on the poor boy.. head might explode.

you misunderstood,

I know that I lost bl with the LMS motor but the 5200s coil is better in BL then the LMS coil, that is why i gained. thats all i meant, now whats so hard to understand?

Coils, in and of themselves DO NOT produce bl. that is a product of many things. whats so hard for you to understand.. all you would do is make an increadably unbalanced woofer, and increase distortion at least 10%. try again, you massive failure.

Correct. I was wondering what he meant by 'the 5200s coil is better in BL then the LMS coil' too.
I was referring to when both coils are used in the 5400 motor. sorry forget to mention that detail.

Ok I will reword this a way maybe you will understand.

I own a set of LMS motors (the four slug motor not triple(5200)

I have a set of LMS coils and a set of 5200 coils that fit my LMS motors.

the 5200 coil in the motor it has (triple slug shorter throw) has a much higher bl then the 5400 (40's vs. high 20's) as we all know

All i did was simply use a 5200 coil in the LMS motor to gain slightly more bl then what I had with the 5400 coil.

Yes i would lose bl next to a 5200 motor because mine is deeper but it is still better for SPL then the standard LMS coil.

yes this did increase my distortion but i was more concerned about gaining SPL on a mic at the time. For an unbalanced speaker it still got the job done...
