Tc sounds 3000 vs audio pulse axis

Ok so I've yet to get a straight answer on this, but what is the difference between the dual 2 voice coil tc 3000 and the audiopulse axis? They have the same motor, and what appears to be the same flat wound 8 layer 3" coil.

I own both and can't tell a single difference besides the name on the cone. I read somewhere though that the t/s specs on them are different. Does anyone know this for sure?

See that's what I think, but the tc 3000 has a bl of 22.7 and qts of .407(according to one source) and the axis had 26.x and .357 respectively. So this makes me think the gap is tighter, or coil is different, or something with the shorting ring.

I wouldn't do it since the lone 3k will act a little differently in the same enclosure...it'll more than likely reach mechanical limits at a different time, have different group delay due to the different inductance between the two subs.
