.4 sealed

re12.1 1000 watts at 2 ohms?

9855 peq +2 at 20 hz

pics up as soon as i take her out.. and the repair or.. etc

any other tc oem 10 problems? besides this i love this sub

That is about the only problem you will have with them. It's hard to get a good, neat, glue that sticks to rubber AND fiberglass -- at least that is what I have been told when speaking to those in the know //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yep easy fix but still a pain in the ***... any glue recommendations?

I have found that the 2-part epoxy in the black tube found @ Lowes and Wal-Mart will hold **** near any speaker part together. It can be messy so you must take great care.

CA Glue you can find it at modeling stores. if you go to walmart they have a little bottle called bondini and if it has cynoalcate or however its spelt on it, that will fix it no problem!

i blew the WM epoxy within 3hours... get CA Glue

Goop, It's a name brand.

It's a better, more flexible glue.

I had the same exact problem, but I had the luxury of taking it back to TC Sounds and they replaced it with a new sub.

i was pushing it basically full tilt from a re 12.1 & alpine 9855- peq +2@20hz

from my pov it needs more power than the 12.1 at .4 sealed.

and not after long and quick advice goop it is. thanks ng... and shes done to dry

next to a kicker cvr and alpine 7873..

how is it that we can find glue at walmart that'll work perfectly fine for fixing it....yet TC can't even use strong enough glue from the start...........
