TC 3hp custom sub??

Looking to mby buy this on here http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=168587 but I know nothing about the sub... Anyone have any opinions on this monster which doesnt even seem to be available for purchase, im kinda confused. As of now Im getting an ss rl-p 15 .. considering upgrading to this but have not a clue... thanks

well im rlly concerned about good sq because most 15s ive heard are to muddy so as long as this has similar or better sq to the rlp and its noticably louder then i would call it better...

Since probably no one has ever used it, or much like it....IMO the 3hp will come in close neck to neck with the rlp.

i have mine in a 2.0 net sealed box, and output is pretty good.
