Tax Rebates? What does this mean guys?

Thats why I do HVAC/Maintenace someone is always going to need heating or AC or something fixed! As for out sourceing being good yes, in moderation but the CEO's are doing it to line there pockets not lower the price for the average american. It's all about the mighty dollar and who can make the most. They may be cheaper but there is always a cost either production, materials, etc. corners have to be cut to make up for the lower wages.
What Flip said. What puts money into the pockets of investors puts money into their own pockets. So ultimately, they are generally more concerned with what helps them to succeed.

The CEOs are doing it to meet the demands of the shareholders. If my stocks didn't try to make me money, I wouldn't own them.
What I was about to say.

Agreed on the last part...but I cannot agree about how outsourcing is harmful.
There are some harmful aspects to it when it gets out of hand. I absolutely cannot remember any of them right now though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif but I think it had to do with companies avoiding trade agreements and stuff like that. Like inferior products that don't pass inspection, etc.

But at the cost of the workers who are the ones that make the products happenin.I am not knocking profits at all!It just seems that all these large companies are making bigg profit at the expense of the working man.

There are several companies that make good profits and do not exploit their workers. You can only be treated as badly as you let people. Be smart. Do research. Companies like 3M and Costco(might be BJ's wearhouse) appreciate and reward their workers at the cost of the company.

What about all the companies using illegals paying them shit wages that they would otherwise have to pay a decent wage to an amrerican.Of course there are good companies look at google with all there perks. But what about th ones that have moved production to china or mexico for the lacks work conditions and enforcement of regulations.Which goes back to the tainted products from china that happened what 3 or 4 differnet time in a month.God knows what other products are floating around that we haven't found.

From my viewpoint it looks like newer companies and those in niche markets will treat their employees great. Old companies or those in a market with alot of competition will only pay attention to their bottom line, how employees are treated, or where they come from no longer matters.

Because that is what the shareholders want to see. I am not understanding why it is so complicated.

But it doesn't always work that way. Look at a chart of circuit city and see what happens sometimes.

I would like to see some regulations enforced harder and more regulations in areas ensuring American well being, yeah. But these companies only succeed because people are consuming their products and services. The same people who are bitching about Mexicans taking their jobs have probably bought a few products from other companies that hire Mexicans or have their company located in China. It's about being smart. I have no sympathy for the stupid.

And if you notice there profits don't fall because they respect the worker and understand its them that makes the company work and reward them to show they are appreciated.

They can still make money and pay a decent wage.

**** regulations. Lets give gov even more control. **** that. How about you just find a way to screw everyone ove even better than the next guy instead.

Depends on the market. If they are competing with low skill labor intensive products, how can a company pay American wage and still compete with China. Only if they can provide something cool ,hip, niche, or whatever that China can't. But if people want the cheapest thing that will work, it's hard to beat the Chinese.
