Tape, CD, MP3 player, USB and bluetooth

Is it a utopian requirement to request for a product in the car audio market that is equipped with a tape reader, a CD player, an MP3 player, a USB port and last but not least bluetooth functionality to be able to respond to my mobile phone calls handsfree.

Can somebody help?

You can have all but the tape player. Who the hell even listens to tapes anymore. Kenwood make a few cd/mp3 players that have the usb input and that you can add the bluetooth piece to but be prepared to spend some money.
