anyone can use the basket if they have a legal agreement with the patten holder. the reason for having a patten on a design (in most cases) is so they can sell the rights to use said patten and make money.

The HD is 1500rms which I consider pretty conservative. I run a single 10 on a a 4k daily.

The HDD will be 2,500rms

The big daddy SHD is a 4" coil 5,000rms beast.

Lower lines coming are the MD, a 2.5" coil 750rms and the LD, which will be a 400rms line.
