This is the shit that makes everyone jump in and bash your entire team.
1) If the situation is with Mark, stop jumping in to tell us he is stepping it up when there are multiple people without boxes and/or refunds.
2)Something for nothing two days ago? Wrong, I want a box that I paid for, and yes I wanted it 4 weeks ago as promised.
3)I don't give a fvck what changes he needs to make to improve his business, give my fvcking cash and then do whatever the fvck he wants.
I guarantee that if you stepped in and said "Man, this is fvcked up and needs to be taken care of ASAP. Refunds need to be issued and people need to be taken care of", your reception would have been more welcome. Unfortunately this is indicative of most of your team I have seen post in these threads. You guys pop in, continue the train of excuses on why and how things got to be this way, to give the guy a break b/c he stopped taking orders to get caught up, cut him some slack b/c he is struggling with his sexuality, or whatever. The guy has fvcked up and needs to rectify the situation. End of story.
