I havean 06 ex as well and I'm just not even gonna mess with it lol, I like the clean look anyways

If I get too too serious I'll just use a cleansweep for now

Search this forum and you will find all you need about a Cleansweep. It does much more than a LOC, some of which you may not need.

It is quite possible you just want a high grade LOC - they are much cheaper.

im using a loc im just trying to get to the back of the hu so i can tap into the acc wire

id not use a cleansweep but the new alpine oem pice...

under the radio there is a pocket, on the top underside of the pocket there is a plastic pice that comes off, exposing 2 bolts, take em out.

then useign a plastic hard card, push it in the crack around teh radio an ease it out, id use tape around the edges of the dash to not mark them up.

its also easyer to take the whole shourd around the steering wheel off.
