Ok, someone had to have an answer for this. How can I make the dome light in my Tahoe stop rattling. This thing rattles something fierce. Its an 02 model so its the one on the ceiling that has the rear a/c controls. I can get pics as needed

Wait until you tear up your rear window release, rear wiper, moonroof, rear controls, and 3rd row dome light.... I'm almost at the point to no longer give afuqqs.

well what i did in my intrepid was 1st step lined both the roof,and the casing around it with sound deadner ( it helped) then i ended up pulling the casing apart and lining the inside also which helped more, then i added double sided sticky tape and the combination got rid of all the rattles ( heat the double sided tape with a heat gun until the adhesive gets really hot, then hold pressure on it for a good minute after)

Put the truck in neutral and push it off a cliff. This should solve all rattle problems.
