The only 8 we offer is the T200 series. Its an entry level series at 200w rms. 1.75" coil, paper cone/poly dish cap.

Sorry, it's a term I have been using.

Meaning that most people look at subs being either for SQ, or for SPL. And there are in between subs that have a ratio of both. So a good SQ to SPL ratio would be 50/50 or close. So it can sound good on music, and produce good SPL, but not necessarily a specialist in either.

If looking for a competition championship in either SQ or SPL, you would search for a more specializing woofer. When looking for a good range, loud music daily driving woofer, this would do it.

Most good daily pounding type woofers would be in the middle here.

Yup, those are all general recommendations based on general listening tastes. All the test boxes sounded decent for a wide range of music.

But can enclosure specs can be adjusted for more specific listening tastes.

Not sure exactly what you mean. But everything used is either our own toolings, open toolings, or parts we have had rights to use.

And if there is any doubt to that, we are making new toolings for 2011 that arent shared with anybody. Just gotta finish my design then we are off to the factory.

Never said they were.

A few hundred were purchased from TC with the known intention to use them in the T3 line.

Once they are all used up (very soon) The new T3 designed frame will be put into use.

It will be backwards compatible for our 2010 models though.
