It took 8 days for him to get new parts shipped.....

My bad on forgetting the extra insurance on used reconed woofers....

Ok I have posted this before I bought one 12 off of T3, called said there is no dealers around me and would like to have one of your products. He asked me how I want to pay and the next day shipped the sub double boxed and packed real nice. Very good customer service in my opinion.

So if you overnighted them today why did you lie to him a week ago and say you were on your way to ship them? Don't bitch and moan about having to pay for overnighting them when if you had mailed them when you told him you would you wouldn't have had to overnight them.

#1- It was an oversight with new help here while I was out of town.

#2- Elvis sent an email changing his mind about coils.... then changing his mind again.....So we did not send out recones because of changing his mind, etc... quoted below....

I take it You didn't Ship my Re-cones...?

If there not Built yet, I have a request....Instead of Dual .7's Can i get you to make

Me dual 1.4's...."

#3- I was out of town and not aware of any issue until today.

No messages were left here by him..... and only 1 email..... in 14 days!

And that email was last night.

he is pretty impatient. i know that personally. but i guess cuz hes put so much money down he expects it soon. i know about being impatient. i waited ALOT longer than anybody has for the subs i run now. after the time it took it was definetly worth the wait. he will be happy when he gets the recones and hopefully the other 2 18's.
