no, they said if you send a product back for warranty without proof of purchase from t3 audio authorized dealer it would be thrown away and you will receave nothing in return.

I am just guessing ,but my guess he's talking about his decision to let distributors , sell his product lines, and him losing control of where the products were going and how they were being sold (ebay,etc.).

With as big a control freak as JD seems to be , it seemed like a matter of time before something like this happened, I wonder if the guys buying into the T3 line from these distributors know or are being told that this is happening.
