T1500 or AP3000 @ 2ohms

I have an audiopipe AP30001D amp but I am considering getting the T1500-1bd.

I was wondering which will put out more "clean watts" at 2 ohms.

The AP is rated at 3000rms @ 2 ohms and the RF birthsheets are around 1200 @ 2ohms.

But they all have a 200 amp fuse rating.

I have a Dual 1 ohm DD9515e.

look at the t1500bd-cp if money is not really an object for you.

If the price is the same, I'd do the RF over the AP. If there was a price difference, I'd get something cheaper than the RF, but better than the AP.

Alos, from what I've seen, users having much better results, (and cheaper) using two AP1500 as opposed to the AP3k.

he needs watts at 2 ohms so i bet he wants around 1500-2k for watts at 2 ohms not 1 ohm people.

just not sure how you can justify comparing an amp thats rated at 3k @ 2, vs a amp thats rated 1200 @ 2.

The ap 3k at 2 ohms will put out more clean power then the rockford will. But you will probably only get 2200-2500 watts out of the ap3k. I would personally look at a big 2 channle amp that can bridge at 2 ohms more power.

So are saying that the ap wont put out clean power at any level?

And i am comparing them because of the fuse rating and i am pretty sure that the ap will put out more power at 2 ohms but it is the amount of clean power that i am wondering about.

The AP's will do clean power but not at or necessarily near rated power. Expect 2000-2500w of pretty clean power out of the AP.

not saying that. in reality you cant compare these two amps. if you had to compare it to something i would compare something like the rockford 2500bd vs the ap3k.
