US Amp AX3000DE. Is it .7 or .5 ohm stable?

I know it says 1 ohm stable. But I have an AA mayhem dual 1.4 ohm voice coils. So its either 2.8 ohms or .7 ohms.

Obviously I want to run the .7. Can my amp do that daily and safely?

From What I read online its a really good amp. Also does anyone know what IIRC stands for?

I called RE audio. And talked to Greg. He said he doesn't recommend .7 of an ohm for the amp. Because he is worried that the ohms will go lower than .7 and the amp will get hot.

I have a AA mayhem. Dual 1.4 ohms. And the box I am planning on doing. Is 7-8 cubic feet, tuned to 31-33 hertz with 16 inches of port area per cu.ft.
