Could very well be. Synergy doesnt hide the fact that they use well known build houses. (Amps are zenon)

dc audio 3 but it's cheaper. only thing i don't like about dc subs in cone isn't stitched so this one is, so very close to b2 is with bigger coil and magnet almost same $

Looks like another JLD woofer.

that topplate isn't A JLD standard topplate but it could be. they make great stuff. you just have to be specific because they will cut corners.
