Sundown X-12 2200d Box help

Hey guys , im just about to receive my new sub (Sundown x12 d2)

running it on a Aq2200d 1 ohm.

I want to make me a new box .. but I need help in tune/ displacement etc...

Tune : 30-32 hz

2,50 ft cube

displacement 0,20ft

40 inch port area

this going in my 1996 honda accord , is my spec are good ?

Location in the vehicle: trunk

Space available (Length x Width x Height): 39x28x21

Subwoofer make and model: Sundown X

Subwoofer Size: 12

port: 12.5x3

thats giving me 32 hz @ 2,6 cube

is that good ?

My girlfriend has an X12 on a Hifonics 1200.1D Zues, with 2.8 cubes net and 29 hz. You could come up a little in box size, but all in all it should be fine.
