They'll make big power @ .5.well, didn't they do tests on the saz 3k and say it didn't do much more at .5?like Joseph was saying.....we ran both amps, the sundown and the Rf at .5ohms.
but t3k's are not made anymore either asfar as i know.

as for electrical, i suppose i would get the battery first... and possibly a smaller alternator? Assuming you just have that budget for your electrical.
