12v id expect close to 4kw, but hey what would i know. Ive actually used the amp, and you ..... havent?

Seems that my earlier post was looked over.

"I clamped the 3000D on my test bench dropping to 10.75 volts supply and measured 3237 watts @ 1.33 ohms (actual impedance)."

So... it would be darn close to 4k at 12v and actually on the dot at 1 ohm. I'm not certain that it would actually reach 4k as my test electrical setup simply can't hold the voltage nor do I have a test woofer setup that will hit 1 ohm on the dot. Should be pretty close though.

Did we ever determine if the OP had a legit source for the 4k Rockford? As I said before... that is a really crazy deal if that is legit with warranty and he may as well get the Rockfords at that price if he is certain he isn't being scammed.

Check the sundown forums. they benched it on a 14.4, and you will see the 5K you want. psh i never heard of any RF having or had a warrenty at .5 ohm...have you?
