I know you guys are gonna obviously pick the RF T4000.1 due to more power but just pretend its a T3000.1 if they even made 1 to make things up to par..... what I really want to know is the quality in each amp and why would you pick the one you chose? the parts used to make the amp inside? Heres the deal I really wanted to go the Sundown route cause I heard nothing but GOOD things about em but the deal is I can get 2 RF T4000.1 for $1300 shipped... opinions plz

BTW Id be buying 2 amps to power either the TC-5200's or LMS-5400 if I can aquire enough cash (2 15")

as i said on ROE- sure it can! but.. a 1.2 load wont get the max outta the amp at that ohm load (about 1.5 ohm after rise)..
how are you guesstimating his imp rise?. you better hope its that low.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Sundown has been released

Sundown does alot more than 3kw

I got close to 5kw out of mine on a 16v setup

sundown quality is the best in the business

sundown warrenty is the best in the business

Could the choice be any clearer?

both brands are great quality, and ive used both amps (not the saz3000 vs t4000.1 , but both rockford + sundown amps)

you cant go wrong with either choice, but rockford GREATLY underrates their amps... i had a t500.2 that was rated at 500@2 ohms bridged @ 14 volts, and birth certificate said over 1000 @ 12 volts

3400-3500 isnt ALOT in normal conditions IMO. Since he didnt say anything about running 16v, its kinda irrelevant
