Yes the saz 1500 will run all four of them, 3 of them or 2 of them no it will not push them to their limit if you run all 4 but it will run them. As far as box design that's easy go to sundown.com look at the sa12 sec page and they give you box specs for the sa12 which is 1.5-2.0 cu3 tuned to 35 htz. first question is what ohm the subs are they are either d2 or d4 if their d4 subs than I would prolly run 2 of them in 4 cu3 ft ported tuned to 35 hts that would be putting about 750 rms to each sub which is about perfect for them and yess they will pound pretty hard.
Just looked at the specs for the kole and depending on what ohm your sa12's are will determine which amp will be better to use due to the koles max output being 2500 at 2 ohm sou you really need to figure out what ohm the subs are then you can move forward with a solid plan.

the subs are dual 4 i was told havent hit them with the multimeter yet to verify, the kole doesnt make rated power im sure, ive read they clamp about 2100 at 1 ohm. the saz is known for pretty close to that i believe?

Tune higher(38-42hz) to get the 50 hz chest slam. If you want 30-40 hertz chest slam youll need lots more power and would need to use all of your sa12s.

would you guys run 2 of these at 1 ohm or 3 at .66 off that amp

Onto the next question the jeep has 136-160 amp alt. And stock battery and I'm seeing like 12.5 at the amp beating on it leading to dimming. I've already done big 3 where should I look next
