Sundown or Powerbass

I'm looking to add a 10in sub on a budget but still have good sq. I'm considering either the Sundown E10 D4 or the Powerbass L104D. Which sub would you recommend?

I recently ran the 15" l's and they were alright. The 10" only has like 9.5mm xmax, the 15 had 11mm which isn't much. I'd prob go with the E series unless yiou can get a steal of a deal on the L. Thats the only reason I ran them, got 2 new 15"s for 150 bucks shipped!

Price up to $150 and I'd like to go ported. For power I'm looking at the Alpine MRX-V70 which is 350 at 2ohms.
