The Monster design is going to stay as a 3 inch coil I believe... the OD of the winding is actually about 3.5" on it anyway *laughs* I have a v.2 prototype for it in the works and if it meets all of my goals it will be released as a 3 inch coil driver.

I will take what I learn on this neo sub and eventually re-develop the Monster as a 4" coil - perhaps as the second generation model a year later.

This woofer will not use a pole plug at all -- the cooling works differently.

Sounds sick Havn't heard nothing about it in awhile but any pics of the new proto specs on the changes from the first one. I seen you were planning on using the NS-x motor as the NS V.2's and ideas on what your planning to fill the NS-x spot with?

Guess you dont really need a pole plug when the coils basicly venting to the atmosphere...I remembered it was huge couldnt remember which one you went with tho...
