Used - they sit as blown subs or as motor/basket combos. I am selling to clear some space in the garage.

These can be reconed however I do not have parts to do so. You will need to check with Sundown for kits unless you want to piece together a custom kit. Remember that in order to recone an e8v1 with a stock Sundown kit you will need to purchase an e8v2 basket.

$10ea + shipping on the v1 motors

$15ea + shipping on the v2 motors

Flat rate boxes will probably be most efficient but I am willing to ship however you would like.

Hey Jacob whats a recone costing these days for the e series?

I checked his recone price thread and it looks like $28 for a recone kit and $5 for a basket (if needed)

Is the basket the only difference between the v1 and 2? I know the v2 to v3 was a huge change

V2s have the different basket and a larger stronger motor with different cooling.

you can get recones through Sundown for $28 I think. If you bought a v1 motor you would also need a v2 basket which costs an extra $5. Check Sundown's recone thread just to verify.
