i know you didn't ask about this amp but the AQ 3500 is a great amp. wasn't dipping past 13v in my Caddy when i had the stock alt and 2 AQ3500's running at 1 ohm each. i have 4batts and 4 runs of + and 4 of - .

you had two 3500's at 1ohm so 7k watts on stock alt with 4 batteries?? what batteries and how big of stock alt?

just some cheap g31 batts i got from a friends friend. didn't know anything about them. but for a $100 a pop i tried them out. they work great. stock alt on my caddy was 130amp.

d6 kept my voltage up more

My 3000d doesn't drop below 12.5v on a 200a alt, single run of 1/0, and d1200 up front. And when I had a d3100 in the back it didn't go below 14v. That's at idle.
