i have been into car audio for a little while now, and any chance i get i wanna try something new and learn everything i can. i spent countless hours reading all these active threads, asking questions, getting answers, and i felt i was ready to go active. but there was something i was missing as when i tried it, i failed. for a first timer, i say run a 2-channel and some components until you really grasp the concept of it all. im just getting ready to try running active again.thanks, is it really hard to do active for a first timer? I will be getting a new car in the spring and plan on doing ID OEM mids, and am unsure on what tweets/x overs to get. Maybe it would be easier to just get the ID CSX64?? I am assuming they are the id oem mids just with an included tweeter and cross over, right?

100.4 should be nice

Anyone see a benefit to doing 2 125.2s, 1 for tweets(6) and 1 for mids(6), instead of 1 100.4?
The Sundown sax-125.2 got a larger power supply and a makeover on the crossovers, as well as the new sexier heatsink.I think the 125.2 is basically a re-badge, the 100.4 has some major changesin the crossover section.
