Sundown-12 vs Skar-12

I've got a Kenwood-9105d (900w @ 2ohm)

I want a new subwoofer and I'm going to put it in a custom ported box.

 

Skar-12 or SA-12?

 

I'm either going to get one of those or two Type R's and put them in a sealed box.

I've had plenty experience with the SA's (My Teammates and myself LOVE them) They are pretty tough to beat for the price.....but i am curious about the Skar's....From what i was told by a guy who owned both they are pretty similar! There are threads showing drop in results. Can't recall all of them. One I remember was 2 SA-12's broken in a bit: 148db @ 32hz. Skar's were fresh out of the box (no break in): 148db @ 34hz. Box was 5cubes @ 28hz (IIRC), Sundown 3000d for power.
