Sundown 1000d or alpine pdx.1-1000

Hey trying to decide here..........i have a new fi ssd 10" dual 1's . looking for a small 1k amp. which would you pick for a stock ssd . a sundown 1000d at .5 ohms or a pdx-1000 at 2ohms. i have big 3 stock alt and a hc-800 drycell in the rear plus stock battery.

i would like to go alpine because i have a pdx 150.2 but i can get the saz-1000d for 275 shipped. dunno how much a pdx will cost easily 50-75 more.

i can get a pdx 1000 right now for 325 shipped or the saz1000 for 275 shipped. anybody have any suggestions?

How big is your alt? I'd say go with the SAZ-1000D but just make sure to watch your voltage

my only new concern is that people say the pdx amps run super hot.

Mine never did, I ran it at 4ohm on a pair of HX2's, My 600.1 never got hot eather.

jl 1000/1 you wont have to worry about ohm load
