sundown 1000d for jlw3v3

was wondering if a sundown 1000d would be okay for my two 12 jl w3v3 4 ohm brigh to 2ohm giving each sub 300 rms tell me what you think its not a wast to put out 300 for the sundown amp is it?

why not just parallel both subs for a 2ohm final load...and let the amp give each sub 300w...but the same output..
