Hell you should just go with some Audiopulse LMS Ultras. They even come with a lifetime warrenty and are desinged to take up to 6k rms.

Gotta dish out 1500+$ for one 18 lol.

Also with Meade and his t4ks not running all day. Ive had a t4k and I can tell you it will run for extreamly long times. Meade's subs would go out before his amps.

I gave a chance to get a 5k amp early and it didn't fly. So I'm not sure how popular it would really be.

The Nightshade in it's stock setup was optimized for 1500-watts. There are a handful of guys already doing low 150s with two of the 15s and 1500-watt each in daily setups. They can be re-coned for ~3kw or so "daily" * with longer coils and stiffer spiders... but for a daily setup its not going to get you all that much louder due to power compression and other factors.

* - I put "daily" in quotes since I doubt they would like a 3kw sine wave for an hour straight, so I still wouldn't call it a 3kw driver... but running a 3000D on music on one with the upgrades would be fine.

yeah sure . im in SE fresno . i dont have the money for all the stuff but i might get half then get the other subs and amp later. i cant wait to sell all my shit.

I wouldnt bother with a Hexibase box... Ive seen and heard too many that didnt so anything. Id just get a guy to design you a simple ported box on here and just build the thing yourself.

What you got planned should work great. 2 3000Ds on 4 Nightshades. Solid equipment, not just get a good box and you will be set.

yeah true i can desing the box and port at 32-30 hz but i realy wanna see what the fuss is all about.
