Sum signal to get range - need EQ?

I'm taking signal from my factory amp and summing it to get the full range of signal. One signal rolls off between 100-120hz and the other signal rolls on at the same range. I use a LC08 to sum the signals. Will I need to eq anything before I send that summed signal to my 4-channel amp?
