suggestions for10's

I have a crewcab dodge ram with a fox acoustics dual ported 10" box under the rear seats. the box is 2.2 cu ft total. the box is tuned to 36hz if im not mistaken. the mounting depth is 7" with a 6.5" motor dia.

I would really not like to upgrade my alt just yet so a pair of 10's on 500-600w is what im looking for.

so far i have found

re srx

alpine type r (need bigger amp)

tc sounds epic 10

fi x

i would like to stay about $150 or less per sub

im leaning more toward sq but want decent output

I really enjoy my SRi (same as srx pretty much), and I'm getting a custom box made tuned low for a 2nd one. Pretty good sq driver for the price, but the output is impressive as well for being a single 10 on 300w (it's in a prefab box, tuned somewhere in the 38-42hz range lol)

The decons I've seen were impressive, and I'm really interested in getting one as well.

Just forget about the type r lol

And I've never heard a fi x. Their other subs are great though.

You'd be under powering them a bit, but that's no big deal, but you could get a pair of ID10's from image dynamics.

hmmm everything is pointing to me giving the ssa dcons a run. if i dont like them im not out much $$$
