Suggestions for my Civic build

I'm looking for some suggestions for my Civic 2 door coupe build.

So far I have a:

Sony CDX-GT630UI

Sony HD tuner

PPI 4240 30x4 @ 4 ohms, 60x4 @ 2 ohms

PPI 2360 90x2 @ 4 ohms, 180x2 @ 2 ohms and 360 mono at 2 ohms

I'm was thinking that 6.5" components in the doors

6.5" two ways in the deck

and a single 10" sealed in the trunk.

I've heard the CDT cl62 and they sound pretty good, what other components

for under $200 should I consider and what other speakers would work well with them?

I listen to rock of all types but it has to do jazz clean and tight.

I will at least put Dynamat in the doors and in the trunk, is it worth it to do the floor?

I get the feeling the Image Dynamics CTX65cs are the board favorite. If I put those up front, should I put them in the rear deck too? What would be a good sub to go with the ID's?
