Do you want to stick with 6x8 or would you be willing to do a little modding if needed to fit in 6.5 mids and tweeters?

yeah i'm thinking about 6.5s with some tweeters....

Pioneer C720PRS (around $230) are getting some good press. I've also read a couple good reviews on the Phoenix Gold RSd65cs (around $130) comps. Rainbow SLC265's would be a decent choice (also about $230).

And this amp is on sale right now. It's what I am using and I can vouch for it's performance.
