Resonant Engineering RE10. Pretty cheap, and they're rated rather well as far as flexibility and design. They sound great too.

Buy one of the cheap 200W Xtant amps from Ebay for about $30-$50, the rest left over for subs. It won't be the thumpenist system around but it will be an upgrade.
