Suggest some good 15" s?

Hey guys. I'm looking to put a couple 15" s in my new car. Space isn't to big of an issue though I'd like to keep it down to about 1.5 - 1.75 ft^3 per woofer sealed or ported. I'd like them to sound well when given about 400 - 500 watts rms each. Price isn't a big deal, but I don't expect to spend more then a few hundred a piece, maybe a bit more.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Also amp suggestions to match up with the requested would be great as well. Thanks everyone in advance.

If you were referring to the SS Audio subs, the lowest rated 15 I saw listed in that brand was rated for 1000w RMS. Do those run on say 500w RMS a piece? And also the size requirements minimum is 2.25 ft^3 sealed. That's a bit bigger than I'd like to go. Or were you suggesting I get one of those instead of 2 different 15" s?

I suppose I could go a bit higher (600w RMS for the EXS 15D), but it doesn't say what the box size requirements are...unless I just missed it completely. Do you know what the recommended is by any chance?

Anyone have any idea about Sundown SA-15's? If they are rated similarly to the SA-10 and 12, I might be interested in those. Any clue when they'll be released?

Well thats a bit bigger space than I had intended, but I have it if need be. Just really didnt want to eliminate that much storage space.

I run American Bass HDs 3 15s on about 1.5 each for spl. My buddy has one on about 1000watts with 2cubes that sounds amazing in his focus

get a pair of AQ SDc2.5's....they are rated for 600 each

The box size you want will be on the small side for most 15's sealed. Ported is out of the question. Is there a reason you've chosen to run a pair of 15's, especially considering you only have 3-3.5 cubes to work with?

get them. cant beat the sound for that price. Just feed them enough power. my friend built a leaky *** single layer sealed box for them and ran them off a lanzar 4k or w/e lol or stock electrical lol sounds like total azz so just do it right

Why would you let your friend do this? That's pretty much a SHITTY system in all aspects. Shitty box, shitty amp and shitty electrical.

lol i told him to get the subs on woofersetc... he ended up buyin a 4awg amp kit, lanzar amp and soundstream cap on there lol and the amp kit wasnt even true 4awg... way closer to 8... its sad... didnt even do a big 3 or anything.
