Suggest a High SQ Front Stage Amps

for 1 bridging a 4 channel into 2 channels is stupid for sq it becomes mono.

for 125-150 rms i have a bnib dsc2150 that will do 150x2 at 4 ohms and more they are extremely overbuilt amps. bnib full 2 year warranty factory direct. 150 shipped east states are 160 shipped.

amazing for sq and built like a tank.

PPI PC2100

PPI Art 600.2

JL Audio 300/2

Focal FP 2.150

Linear Power 2.2HV

Nakamichi 1000PA

Nakamichi PA-300

Nakamichi PA-504

Nakamichi PA-1004

Orion HCCA425

Orion Hott Setup

Soundstream Rubicon series

U.S. Amps (I don't know any specific models)

Xtant (chrome and titanium series)

Zapco (don't know any specific models either)

Some of these aren't up to your power needs but with higher quality amps your noise floor is lower and the amps handle transients better, your sound will be better.

really? it becomes mono? lol. Sure it would be mono if you hooked L and R up standard but you treat each pair of channels as a single channel effectively creating 2 seperate mono amps that share a power supply.

when you bridge the amp whether it is 2 channel 4 , 6 , 12 doesnt matter the speakers are recieving a mono signal so you would effectively have 2 mono mids out of a 4 channel amp thats why they call it bridged mono duh? real great for sq dude lolz go research lol

If you send the L sig to one bridged pair and the R to the other bridged pair you have 2 seperate channels.

how exactly do you bridge 2 4 ohm speakers on 2 channels without going below impedance on the amp for 1?

for 2 you still get a summed mono signal!!!!!!!!!! i dont care if you have 30 speakers and 1000000channels any time you bridge 2 channels you get a summed mono signal output. jesus you are dense dude lolz

the sad thing is you own a shop. Lets look at this as 2 2 channel amps for simplicity sake since that is what a 4 channel is with a shared PS.

RIGHT channel Right channel into the "L"&"R" inputs of amp 1, bridged BAM you have a single channel on the right. Connect 4 ohm driver

Now LEFT Channel Left channel signal into into the "L"&"R" inputs of amp 2 bridged BAM you have a single channel on the left. Connect 4 ohm driver

from the way you said it before i assumed you meant hooking the speakers bridged and swapping speaker terminal connections around ect...

by swapping the rca inputs around yes it is possible but i have never liked doing it that way, i would prefer using the correct powered amp for the job and have headroom and better dampening by running at the lowest impedance feasible. you will never see me bridge an amp in an sq install tho.

people have been winning sq like that for years, ain't all that bad. Done it myself a few times over the years. If an amp reaches audable distortion and loses dynamics at 2 ohm, I really dont want to run it at 4 or 2
