Such decisions, could use opinions

I'm looking for a new sub to replace my previous adire tempest. After doing a little thinking and some research I've decided I want to move down to a twelve but hopefully not sacrifice much (if any) output and keep it under $200. I have 600wrms at 4 ohms and willing to give up as much as 4 cu.ft. My main contenders so far are:

Fi SSD

Audioque sdc2.5

Shiva -X

If anyone has any real world experience these drivers or other suggestions your thoughts would be really appreciated.
