subwoofers not working...

So I got some speakers at the beginning of this school year and when I first got them they worked fine. After about 2 or 3 weeks, they cut off and stopped working. Then a couple days later they came back on, but quit again. They never came back on after that.

About a week ago me and a friend of mine unhooked everything that powered the speakers and hooked them back up again. We thought the ground wire maybe just had a bad connection. After we hooked them back up they worked perfectly. Unfortunately a couple days later they cut off again... They have came back on but cut off again just like the first time, and now they are off and arent coming on.

I was wondering If anybody had any idea about the problem or how to solve it?????

Bad ground location, improper gain settings, improper head unit settings etc. Take some pics upload to imgur and post on here
