Subwoofer Upgrade?

I am currently awaiting the arrival of my 06 Civic Coupe EX Auto *****. I have already purchased a subwoofer + amp - 2 Rockford Fosgate P3 12" subs and a RF P8002 Amp with a Stinger Capacitor/Wiring Kit. The EX model comes with the Pemium High-Power AM/FM/CD Audio System (MP3/WMA Compatible) with 7 speakers, including subwoofer - A 350-watt audio system

My Upgrades

2-Rockford Fosgate P3 12" Subwoofers

1-Rockford Fosgate P8001 Amp

1-Stinger Capacitor + Wiring Kit for Sub + Amp

1-Ported Dual Sub Box

I got all my upgrades for only $1000 tax included Canadian when it retails for 2857.50 CDN:greedy:

I was thinking of selling it and buying another system - i don't care for car speakers all i care for is sharing the 2nd-hand Bass:

Is the box a pre-fab one? If so, about the only things I'd replace are the subwoofers and the box...

If I were you, upgrade the enclosure, get different subs, and make sure I'm using a very high quality LOC if keeping the stock head unit.

But that's just me. You may love your system the way it is now, in which case there's no point to change anything.

something reasonable so i'd say anywhere up to $700max each sub

i haven't heard this system play, but how do the P3's perform?

i have no set type of music that i listen to but i mainly want something to hit hard when i play hip-hop music

well if you are willing to spend the money get a pair of jl 12w6v2's, great subs and sound good with all music
