subwoofer trouble/ advice

hello, i just got some ner rockford p2s and im hooking it up to a multichannel amp... im only using that amp, attached is a picture of the amps inputs, how do i hook up this amp?

i hooked it up they way i thought was right and it worked but when i turn my receiver off my subwoofers just bump continuously.. what is wrong with my set up?
